Onboarding Consultant
You're the person who turns a signed contract into a live, running system. Commission-only with uncapped earnings — the more clients you land and retain, the more you make. High autonomy, high reward.
About this role

Supersonic builds AI and automation systems for businesses across a range of industries. When a new client signs, you own the relationship from day one. You run the discovery process, lock in scope with the engineering team, manage communication throughout the build, and ensure the client is live, trained, and confident before handover.

You're not a project manager pushing tasks in a tracker. You're a thinking partner for the client — someone who understands the technical side well enough to translate it, and understands the business side well enough to ask the right questions.

What you'll do
  • Lead discovery calls and business audits with new clients — documenting processes, systems, pain points, and goals
  • Translate discovery into a scoped project brief that the engineering team can build from
  • Manage client communication throughout the build: weekly updates, milestone sign-offs, change requests
  • Run go-live sessions and training with client teams — making sure they understand what's been built and how to use it
  • Identify opportunities for additional automation or AI within client accounts post-launch
  • Be the first point of contact for client questions during the first 90 days
  • Feed insights from client engagements back into Supersonic's delivery processes and service offerings
What we're looking for
  • 2+ years in client success, implementation, consulting, or project management in a tech or agency environment
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology — you don't need to code, but you should understand what automation and AI tools do
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You can write a clear brief, run a tight meeting, and deliver feedback without drama
  • Process-oriented: you build systems for yourself before you're asked to
  • Familiarity with tools like Make, Zapier, HubSpot, Notion, or equivalent is a big plus
  • Self-directed and reliable in an async, remote environment

Full-Time Remote — Anywhere Engineering
AI Engineer
You design and build the actual systems — AI agents, workflow automations, CRM integrations, conversational AI deployments, and document intelligence pipelines. You own the technical side of client projects end-to-end.
About this role

At Supersonic, our engineers don't just write code — they design systems. You'll receive a brief from the Onboarding Consultant and own the architecture and build from that point forward. That means making technical decisions, integrating with whatever stack the client uses, and ensuring the output actually performs in production.

This is not a role for someone who wants to be handed well-scoped tickets. You'll operate with significant autonomy and be expected to push back when something isn't going to work, propose better approaches, and own the outcome — not just the code.

What you'll build
  • AI agents using LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini) with tool use, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent coordination
  • Workflow automations in Make, n8n, or custom code that connect CRMs, ERPs, communication tools, and proprietary APIs
  • Conversational AI systems — voice and chat — trained on client knowledge bases, deployed across web, SMS, and WhatsApp
  • Document intelligence pipelines: OCR, classification, extraction, and downstream routing
  • CRM automations: lead scoring, enrichment, personalised sequence triggers, and pipeline reporting
  • Custom integrations and webhooks for client-specific toolchains
What we're looking for
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript — you should be comfortable building backend services, writing clean async code, and debugging API integrations without needing help
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs — OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent — including prompt engineering, function calling/tool use, and retrieval-augmented generation
  • Experience with at least one automation platform — Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar
  • Comfortable with cloud infrastructure basics: serverless functions, webhook endpoints, environment management, and basic security practices
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase pgvector) and embedding pipelines is a strong plus
  • Self-directed. You don't need someone to break down problems for you — you enjoy the process of figuring them out.
  • Good written communication — you'll be writing technical documentation and briefing clients on how their systems work

  • Final interview — 60-min with a senior engineer and one other team member
